Prestige skins in League are very rare limited-edition items in the game. They are also hard to obtain because of the grinding necessary to earn enough mythic essence since “only” real money isn’t enough here.
There are over 50 Prestige edition skins so far, with almost all of them being gorgeous additions to the existing skin. So, you can imagine it’s quite a challenge to find and rank the top 15 when there are so many unique and stunning Prestige skins in League already.
Well, I sure love a challenge, so here we go!
15. Prestige Coven LeBlanc
- Release Date: 12 Aug 2021
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
LeBlanc is one of the darkest mages in the game’s lore, so this Prestige skin may come as a surprise. Here we see LeBlanc in a light, golden version, carrying a large, glowing staff.
It’s definitely refreshing to see The Deceiver rocking the white and gold color scheme so well, it’s almost as if she was always meant to be a diva.
Interestingly enough, Prestige Coven LeBlanc has some of the most misleading ability animations. If you look closely, there’s not much of a difference between the regular and empowered abilities’ animations.
This can obviously be thought of as an advantage since there’s a chance the enemy may not know if you’ve already used your ultimate or not. For instance, LeBlanc’s Ethereal Chains (her E ability) look very similar both for the regular and the empowered animation.
There’s only a slight difference in the red shades being more dominant for the empowered E, but the color scheme remains exactly the same, which is where the deception may take place.
LeBlanc truly shines with this skin and you may also see improvements gameplay-wise when you surprise your enemies with your inconspicuous, empowered abilities.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Bright white and golden look | Too light for a Coven LeBlanc skin |
Deceiving animations for the R-empowered abilities |

14. Prestige K/DA Evelynn
- Release Date: 18 Apr 2019
- Price: 200 Mythic Essence
There’s a very good reason there are so many Prestige K/DA skins in this list, and Riot also was obviously in the know about how to take this skin collection to the next level.
Prestige K/DA Evelynn shares almost the same story as LeBlanc. We are used to seeing her in dark, purple skins that symbolize her character’s dark, demonic background. So, this lighter, softer skin sure is refreshing to see.
And, if you were expecting the base white/gold Prestige color scheme, this skin definitely has all that. But, it also has more. Especially the new 2022 edition of this skin. The new design includes more pink (surprise, surprise) in her demonic tails, which were previously velvet and blue.
However, once Evelynn attacks an enemy, the tails sure get their true Prestige look, turning into a bright gold/white color.
The one thing that isn’t a complete hit (but isn’t a miss either) is Prestige Evelynn’s very yellow/gold dress. It does go with the entire Prestige aesthetic though, so I still like it!
Of course, players that owned this skin previously and got rewarded the 2022 version of the Prestige K/DA Evelynn skin can also testify to the improvement of Evelynn’s model in the newer version, especially her dress.
But, enough about her model. What makes Prestige K/DA Evelynn a top-notch skin is obviously her ability animations. These gold, crystal spikes are simply to die for (queue Evelynn’s laughter here).
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Stunning bright model and animations | Not the best Prestige outfit, unless you have the 2022 version |
13. Prestige Empyrean K’Sante
- Release Date: 2 Nov 2022
- Price: Worlds Pass Grind
The Prestige edition of the Empyrean skin for K’Sante is so fabulous, you may forget altogether about its original counterpart.
Riot has really heard all of us saying how the Prestige edition of a skin shouldn’t simply be a golden recolor of the existing skin and took it into consideration here. And, I can certainly say we are all grateful for it!
Apart from the purple crystal animation for some abilities (which Taric would be jealous of), the rest is pretty refreshing to see in a Prestige skin.
This lovely skin gives K’Sante’s abilities a gorgeous purple aesthetic, and his model is no different. The beefy, muscular champion has glowing purple weapons and a purple outfit, which truly makes this one of the most unique Prestige skins so far.
In his splash art, we can get a closer look at K’Sante’s impressively toned abs. That’s it. Oh, and there were also butterflies surrounding him, you say? I didn’t really notice.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Glowing purple abilities that stand out in-game
Very unique Prestige edition skin |

12. Prestige Project Sylas
- Release Date: 27 May 2021
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
When Prestige Project Sylas slams his golden chains on the ground, you know it’s about to get real. And, since Sylas’ entire aesthetic revolves around his massive chains, it was a good choice to have them be so flashy and noticeable.
This skin is the perfect blend of the Prestige gold/white vibes with the Project armor and animations.
You might notice that up close, Prestige gives Sylas a bit more defined abs than the original. I don’t know whose idea that was, but I’m totally on board! His hair also seems to be improved in the Prestige version.
So, we’re basically getting a hunky, more handsome Sylas with great hair on top of this skin.
Furthermore, the Prestige version, along with the original Project Sylas skin has the best recall animation ever! The jumping and running in an arcade Street Fighter game style is one of my all-time favorite recall animations.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Bright, visible golden chains in Sylas’ model and abilities
Very fun recall animation |
11. Prestige Project Irelia
- Release Date: 1 Aug 2019
- Price: 200 Mythic Essence
Continuing with the awesome Project skins, next on the list is Prestige Project Irelia. This skin makes each ability look so stunning, and hitting your enemies on the Rift has never been more satisfying.
In addition, the Prestige Project Ultimate animation really takes the cake. This animation was already too good for the original Project Irelia skin. However, the Prestige white and gold color palette takes the ultimate’s visuals to the next level.
Irelia’s prestige model is also on point. Her floating blades are golden and change to bright blue when her passive gets triggered.
The entire skin truly is a stunning combination of colors, and you’ll certainly feel classy while playing with it.
The 2022 variant of this skin that was given to players who already owned Prestige Project Irelia has a bit more pink shades in it. For example, her blades are now both gold and pink, and this is also visible in Irelia’s ability animations, such as her R.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Amazing Prestige & Project combination | Very pricey Prestige skin |
Stunning golden ability animations |

10. Prestige K/DA All Out Kai’Sa
- Release Date: 29 Oct 2020
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
Prestige K/DA All Out Kai’Sa is definitely in the top three best Kai’Sa skins. Of course, there is one more Prestige K/DA Kai’Sa skin in her collection. It sadly didn’t make the cut here, and there are good reasons for that.
For one, this Prestige skin really enhances Kai’Sa’s model in a much better way than her other Prestige skin. She has beautiful crystals in purple and blue shades in her shoulder ‘wings’, and Kai’Sa herself is literally glowing!
The abilities are all in some form or another also made of crystals, even the shield she gains from her Ultimate also is crystalline.
However, the choice of colors is what makes this skin stand out the most. Prestige K/DA All Out Kai’Sa doesn’t only rely on white and gold shades. Instead, her abilities have similar colors as her wings – a lovely blend of purple, blue, and warm gold colors.
Even her passive has a warmer, more enhanced golden look to it than the passive in her other Prestige skin.
Overall, this skin definitely checks all the boxes and gives Kai’Sa the best majestic, elegant Prestige look.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Beautiful color scheme and blend
Bright and glowing crystal animations |

9. Prestige Bewitching Morgana
- Release Date: 7 Oct 2021
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
Although the original Bewitching skin for Morgana was released seven years prior to its Prestige counterpart, its aesthetic still remained almost intact.
Prestige Bewitching Morgana has a similar model as the original but reimagined in a Prestige version. However, there are obvious improvements in the abilities’ animations, particularly in her W.
Furthermore, Morgana’s Black Shield is purple and gold, with the addition of what appears to be purple bat wings.
The bright white and gold colors are designed incredibly well for her model, while still implementing the dark purple and red shades we are used to seeing.
The best part of this skin is how well-animated Morgana’s golden wings are throughout the duration of her Ultimate.
I also love the flying bats’ animation that is included for each ability, similar to the original.
Morgana’s model and abilities have stunning visuals that look good on every skin. Therefore, I hope we’ll get even more Prestige Morgana skins in the future.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Flashy, bright ability animations
Stunning white and gold witch outfit |

8. Prestige True Damage Senna
- Release Date: 4 Feb 2020
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
Prestige True Damage Senna is one of the two Prestige skins for this champion. So, I’m not sure if anyone is keeping track, but it’s obvious that Senna has gotten a lot of love from Riot since her release in 2019.
Out of the two Prestige skins, the Prestige True Damage Senna triumphs in my opinion. It’s a Prestige skin that doesn’t go along the usual white/gold theme but implements a lot of dark, black colors instead.
Therefore, Senna’s outfit is mostly black here, with only her short jacket being white. Her massive gun is however mostly white with golden outlines.
This Prestige True Damage skin is a very unique one for another reason, too. Senna’s model here was designed in cooperation with Louis Vuitton. Yup, you read that right. The only two other champions that can say the same are Yasuo and Qiyana, Senna’s True Damage co-members.
The abilities all have the same True Damage animations, of course. However, there are small Louis Vuitton details if you look closely, as well.
I hope we see more cooperations like this in the future that make other champions just as stylish as Prestige True Damage Senna!
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Stylish Louis Vuitton design and animations
Unique Prestige black and gold aesthetic |

7. Prestige Space Groove Lulu
- Release Date: 1 Apr 2021
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
Although it came out on April Fool’s Day, Prestige Space Groove Lulu is far from a joke. As a matter of fact, it’s different from the original Space Groove skin in many ways.
Lulu’s armor here is white and gold, and its texture/material looks entirely different. The pointy hat on her head is replaced with a colorful, Saturn-like planet. Her hair is also golden and styled in cute, curly pigtails.
Moreover, Lulu now wears a helmet, which fits the colorful, funky, space theme perfectly. Even Pix, Lulu’s companion is floating on a flying saucer and has a cute space helmet, too!
Prestige Space Groove Lulu’s ability animations are pretty similar to the original skin. Since the original skin’s abilities were already bright and visible, the Prestige version added a bit more bubble-gum colors to them.
This Prestige skin is a must-have for everyone in the support role. It is a big improvement over the original Space Groove Lulu model with many new details, and it isn’t just a gold/white chroma.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Fun and colorful space armor model for Lulu and Pix
Cute candy/bubble-gum colored abilities |
6. Prestige Spirit Blossom Teemo
- Release Date: 22 Jul 2020
- Price: 150 Mythic Essence
You may love him (and have no soul) or hate him, but Teemo has one of the most fun Prestige skins ever!
Instead of mushrooms, our little Prestige Spirit Blossom Teemo has pink flowers for his Ultimate. In fact, cute, bright little flowers are all around our Teemo here.
For instance, his Move Quick ability leaves a trail of flowers behind him as he moves. Also, when an enemy target steps on Teemo’s Noxious Trap, the explosion leaves a bunch of tiny golden flowers on the ground for a short duration.
Prestige Spirit Blossom Teemo’s outfit is as Prestige as it can get. Even though Teemo is a little guy, this skin makes him stand out on the Rift more than ever. The bright, golden outfit goes very well with the Spirit Blossom visuals, which almost borders with the Prestige Porcelain aesthetic.
This skin also has its own very unique RIP animation. When Prestige Spirit Blossom Teemo dies, he turns into a statue, surrounded by the tiny, golden flowers on the ground.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Lovely, bright Prestige model
Fun Ultimate flower animation |
5. Prestige K/DA Ahri
- Release Date: 7 Mar 2019
- Price: 150 Mythic Essence
Ahri is one of those champions that look good no matter what skin you’re playing with. It’s no wonder, therefore, that any Prestige skin would look awesome on her.
Prestige K/DA Ahri has everything you can expect from a Prestige skin. A bright, elegant outfit, as well as golden abilities and model.
Her nine tails are graceful, flowy, and even look like golden diamonds in this Prestige version. While attacking enemies with her abilities, Ahri’s model and tails embrace a pink hue mixed with the gold color.
Ahri’s abilities here also look as bright and stunning as ever. Her golden crystal orb looks so much bigger than usual, which also affects her Q ability, of course. It also changes its color from blue when it moves outwards to pink/purple when it moves inwards.
The Charm ability is also almost impossible to miss here, as it also looks much wider.
This is a gorgeous Ahri skin overall, but a pricey one indeed. Back in the day, most players had to pay about $100 to be able to grind this skin. Now that’s expensive!
The 2022 version of this Prestige K/DA skin gave players that already owned the skin a new long, dark hairstyle for Ahri, and an updated, less gold dress. The tails’ animation however remained the same.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Elegant golden outfit | |
Bright, visible animations |

4. Prestige Nightbringer Kayn
- Release Date: 23 Sep 2021
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
Ever since his release, Kayn is and remains one of the most special champions in League. With his three different forms, each skin seems as if you’re getting three separate skins in one.
That’s not different with Prestige Nightbringer Kayn, either. In fact, Prestige Nightbringer Kayn truly improves Kayn’s base and Darkin form.
The base form gets rid of Kayn’s ginger braided hair and gives him a white flowy ponytail instead. Kayn’s outfit also has a very prestigious feel to it.
Rhaast (Kayn’s Darkin form) looks as majestic as ever. The color scheme for this form was already amazing for Nightbringer Kayn. However, in the Prestige version, Rhaast got a lot more details that accent his dominating presence.
The Shadow Assassin’s form also got some Prestige touch-ups, such as the white tattoos, white hair, and outfit. And, while it looks pretty cool, I prefer the original Nightbringer form just a bit more.
If you are confused as to why both the Prestige and the original Nightbringer Kayn versions have a blue design for Rhaast and a red one for the Shadow Assassin, here it is.
The Nightbringer universe is an alternate reality where Kayn’s forms are reversed, resulting in a blue Rhaast and a red Shadow Assassin. This is the theme that goes on between the entirety of the Nightbringer and Dawnbringer skin lines.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Powerful and improved base and Darkin models | Shadow Assassin’s form looks slightly better in the original Nightbringer skin |
Unique Prestige animations |

3. Prestige Battle Queen Diana
- Release Date: 10 Dec 2020
- Price: 150 Mythic Essence
When Her Majesty, the Queen enters the room (or in this case, the Rift), everyone’s attention is simply drawn to her. This is the effect that Prestige Battle Queen Diana has on both her allies and her enemies.
This Prestige skin is undoubtedly one of the finest out there. It transforms this gorgeous assassin into a radiant, elegant monarch. The baroque style really fits Diana and its prestige version is a certain upgrade to the original.
Therefore, Prestige Battle Queen Diana obviously not just a basic gold and white recolor of the existing skin. This is noticeable immediately just by looking at Diana’s outfits. Although the theme remains the same, Diana’s Prestige model design is superior in every way.
Prestige Battle Queen Diana also has some of the smoothest, cleanest ability animations. The mark on the enemies that were affected by Diana’s Crescent Strike is also improved here.
Each ability has something unique added to it, along with beautiful Prestige colors and visuals. Diana’s shield is quite different in her Prestige version, with a stunning golden crown encircling it.
So, I think we can all agree that Prestige Battle Queen Diana is a beautiful skin and one that deserves its high spot on this list.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Beautiful prestige baroque aesthetic
Unique outfit design and abilities |
2. Prestige Ascended Pantheon
- Release Date: 08 Jul 2021
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
Just looking at the Prestige Ascended Pantheon splash art, you already have the feeling of being in the presence of a Greek God. Well, his in-game model is no different.
Prestige Ascended Pantheon takes the entirety of the Prestige skins to a whole new level. It bears almost no resemblance to the original skin, Ruined Pantheon, which is why it’s so unique.
The only big hint of the Ruined universe is visible in Pantheon’s recall animation, where this Ascended God version fights off the Ruination in an epic way.
The celestial power that Pantheon’s vessel Atreus wields, is recognizable in his divine appearance. Atreus’ blue skin is just another clue of his divine might, while his gold and white armor accent his God of War aesthetic.
Even his flowy cloak seems as if it was woven in the heavens, again giving him a cosmic, ascended appearance.
His abilities are also gold and bright, while also embracing the Ruined visuals and combining them with the celestial design.
In a nutshell, Prestige Ascended Pantheon is one of the best Prestige skins ever made and possibly the most creative take on a Prestige skin thus far.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Very creative and unique Prestige skin
Stunning, godly Pantheon model |

1. Prestige Duality Dragon Volibear
- Release Date: 21 Oct 2021
- Price: 125 Mythic Essence
Prestige Duality Dragon Volibear is by far both the best Prestige skin, as well as the best Volibear skin out there.
Since Volibear’s rework in 2020, this champion has gotten some of the most special visuals for his model and his abilities.
So, it’s obvious why this Prestige is simply unmatched. Take Volibear’s huge model and the gorgeous gold/red prestige color scheme along with some stunning animations, and you get one of the best skins in the entire game.
Voli’s ultimate model is obviously the most breathtaking of them all. His impressively large physique goes all dark, while his armor shines with the familiar prestige gold, bright shades.
If you want to feel dominating and powerful on the Rift, Prestige Duality Dragon Volibear will certainly give you that feeling, and more!
Another interesting addition to this skin is that Volibear’s model isn’t that of a polar bear, but of a panda. So, if you’re playing with this skin you’ll also feel like you’re playing a very glorious version of Kung Fu Panda.
As a bonus, in one of his emotes, we even see Voli juggling three tiny Prestige Poros. Okay, just take my money already, Riot.
Benefits | Drawbacks |
Stunning and powerful in-game model
Incredible ability animations, especially Voli’s ultimate |
Conclusion
With the Prestige edition skins’ number increasing each year, Riot gets better and better at creating these rare, glamorous skins.
While these skins all started out as basic gold/white chroma, they have been obviously improved and upgraded to what they are lately.
Although each Prestige skin is stunning in its own way, some skins such as Prestige Ascended Pantheon and Prestige Duality Dragon Volibear truly stand out in every possible way.
I just can’t wait to see what Riot has in store for us in the upcoming years. Hopefully, we’ll get to see skins that surpass the ones on this list, too!
